KOVIC ROSEFF about

Robert D Kovic

As a first generation American, Rob passionately believes in the American Constitution and Bill of Rights, in American exceptionalism, and the American dream.

Rob is a dad, a husband and an attorney having graduated New York Law and with Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees from Rutgers University.

Rob has practiced law before the New Jersey Supreme Court; U.S. District Court of NJ; U.S. Court of Appeals for the U.S. Armed Forces; U.S. Court of Appeals; U.S. Court of International Trade; and the United States Supreme Court. Rob has served as an Assistant County Counsel and a borough councilman.

Rob currently serves on the Board of the Center for Garden State Families and as a legal advisor on parental rights issues.

Rob is supported by conservative leaders across New Jersey. In 2022, Rob was endorsed by Gen. Michael Flynn, Richard Grenell, President Trump's Director of National Intelligence; conservative State Senator Ed "Ed the Trucker" Durr who toppled Senate Leader Sweeney; and by national conservative women's leader Kim Klacik.

Harvey Roseff

Harvey has served his community as a Byram Township Councilman for the last 6 years, led many local and county-wide activist conservative efforts and has lived in Sussex County for over 40 years.

Whether it's taking on the special interests that gave us the solar scandal, finding efficiencies to cut the cost of government, improving services, and fighting for basic rights, Harvey is a passionate reformer, a problem solver and a proven leader.

Educated as an Electrical Engineer, Harvey is an owner of a small business: an international high-tech company that works with leading Fortune 500 companies, NASA, DOD and transportation companies in the unique, advanced field of mechanical dynamics.

As a Councilman, Harvey pushed Byram DPW into hot asphalt street repair; facilitated use of Open Space funds for local recreation infrastructure; flagged that Byram was getting stiffed by its bank on interest rates (leading to a huge raise in revenue); led efforts to engage with the State BPU to bring better internet and natural gas service; and fought tax increases and even helped decrease local taxes.

Harvey is a grassroots conservative leader who has been active with the New Jersey Taxpayers' Association, the Skylands Tea Party, and with taxpayer activists who fight for lower taxes, less debt, and smaller, more effective government.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Values

1. GOOD GOVERNANCE: (End ambush governing, open to public input)

• Create a “Citizens Review Committee”: to examine the budget and suggest sharing services to gain ways to cut spending, lower debt and lower property taxes.

• Enhance cooperation/communication with the municipalities.

• Review fund balance (reserve) needs:  taxation should deliver services, not cookie jars, or be returned.

• Prohibit raiding of County funds such as the Orphans and Injured Children’s Trust Fund to create jobs for political cronies.

• Put an end to no-show jobs for political cronies, their friends and relatives.

• GOP candidates for Commissioner have been promising to create an Ethics Committee for years. It’s time to end the circus and have a committee to deal with these matters.

• End combative and expensive lawyers doing what is supposed to be transparent government clerk work (ex. OPRA fulfillment).

2. Improve Utility Services. We deserve an Internet that works and energy we can depend on.

3. Tighten spending, deliver more.
